On 8–9 April 2026, the Austrian Environment Agency organised a webinar on invasive alien species as part of the EU4Green Recovery East programme.
During this event, our project entitled ‘Strengthening biodiversity through prevention of introduction, early warning and control of invasive alien plant species’ was presented. The presentation was given by Prof. Barbara Tokarska-Guzik from the University of Silesia in Katowice, a co-beneficiary of the project. The presentation outlined the main objectives and tasks of the project, including the potential for replicating and utilising the project’s results in Ukraine.
